The Personal Monopoly Mastermind
“The sky is wide enough for all the birds to fly without colliding.”
A Yoruba saying
A one-year journey to find the mountain peak with your name on it - and to build, with intention, until the world has no rational substitute for you.
Why This, Why Now
You are not in competition.
You are unclimbed.
Ephesians calls you His masterpiece, and the word means exactly that. There is only one Mona Lisa, one David, one Sistine ceiling. The fact that someone else is ascending does not stop you from ascending. Your peak has your name on it. The only question is whether you've found it, and whether you're building toward it with intention, or scrambling at the base of someone else's mountain because mimetic desire told you to look sideways instead of up.
Here's what I keep observing: a lot of gifted people with real depth, real insight, and real callings are stuck in the noise. Not for lack of substance. Because they haven't learned how to build what only they can build, show up where it actually counts, and compound that until the market has no rational substitute for them. That gap is not a talent problem. It is a structure problem. And structure is the one thing a man rarely builds alone.
The Indices of Relevance
Four ways to know it's forming
You don't have to guess whether your Personal Monopoly is real. You can measure it. These are the four indices we will track and compound, all year.
Thought Engineering
Can you change the way people think? Not just inform them, but rewire something? If you can't shift a mental model, you cannot be lastingly relevant to the people who hold it.
Referability
When people meet your work, do they feel compelled to pass it on? Not because they were asked, but because they thought of someone the moment they read it?
Replaceability
This is the index that separates a monopoly from a brand. It must tend toward zero. Not by force, but because nobody else can speak what you speak, from where you speak it, with the life you carry.
Money-to-Time Ratio
Value, in the most universal language there is. When what you carry is irreplaceable, people stop negotiating on price. They ask: what would it take?
Amplified by Volume (how many people you reach) and Cross-Cultural Appeal (how far that reach extends)
A Word On Gates
“Not every gate is yours to pass through. But some are. And when they are, you must be intentional about positioning yourself there.”
Gates tend to filter for contribution, not casual proximity.
Before You Apply
This is not for everyone.
I say that with love.
This is for you if -
- You have real depth in something, and you've long felt it isn't being seen at the level it deserves.
- You're done waiting to be discovered. You are ready to build.
- You're committing to the year, not just the first session.
- You're open to feedback, even when it costs you something you're attached to.
- You believe your work should carry weight in the room, and you want to earn that weight.
This is not for you if -
- You're looking for a quick fix. There are no shortcuts here.
- You want to use the group to market your services to others.
- You're not ready to do the work between sessions.
- You're still at the very beginning of knowing what you think or stand for.
- You want someone to tell you exactly what to do. I bring frameworks. You bring conviction.
What The Year Holds
How we hold you through it
Identify Your Intersection
We begin where every monopoly begins: clarity. You map your expertise, your audience, and the angle no one else has. We find the phrase you can own in people's minds.
Build Your Small Bets Portfolio
You run 2 to 3 content bets: written, video, spoken. We watch what resonates and double down without sentiment.
Engineer Your Discoverability
A personal monopoly is not built in a corner. We work distribution, surface area, and presence in the rooms that attract your specific tribe.
Build Signal, Not Noise
You learn the difference between content that earns likes and content that earns referrals, and you begin creating only the latter.
Develop Your Frameworks
You distill your thinking into frameworks people recognize as yours, even before they see your name attached.
Track Your Indices & Iterate
Using the four Indices of Relevance, we measure, adjust, and compound. Every month, all year.
The Invitation
Stop circling.
Plant your flag.
Cohort One is twenty-four people, for one year, building the thing only they can build. If something in this page has been naming what you've long known but not yet acted on. I want to hear from you.
